Visit the website; http://www.bongobongo.ke
Click SIGN UP at the bottom of the website
Complete the registration form that appears by entering your phone number (Safaricom/Airtel) and select a password of your choice.

There are three ways to deposit with Bongobongo.

1) Deposit using Bongobongo's MPesa Paybill 499995:

Go to the Mpesa menu on your phone.
Choose the option "Lipa Na Mpesa."
Select "PAYBILL."
Enter "499995" as the BUSINESS NUMBER.
Enter your phone number as the ACCOUNT NUMBER.
Specify the desired AMOUNT you wish to transfer to Bongobongo. (Minimum = KSh.1 and Maximum = KSh.140,000)
Provide your Mpesa PIN and confirm the request.
Shortly after, you will receive an SMS from Mpesa to confirm the transaction.
Log in to your account and verify if your deposit has been updated accordingly.

2) Deposit via the Bongobongo site:

Log in to your Bongobongo account.
Click on the "DEPOSIT" button on the top right of screen.
Once you access the deposit page, you will find a section where you can input the desired amount for your deposit.
Enter the desired Amount you wish to deposit (Minimum = KSh.25 and Maximum = KSh.140,000).
Click on the "DEPOSIT" button.
A pop-up message for MPESA Deposit will be sent to the Phone number you have specified for deposit purposes.
Confirm the deposit by entering your Mobile Money PIN.
After submitting the deposit, you will receive a confirmation message on your phone.

3) Deposit via USSD:

Dial *374# from your phone.
Enter option 7 to go to USSD Deposit.
Once you access the USSD deposit page, you will find a section where you can input the desired amount for your deposit. (Min 50 KSh)
A pop-up message for MPESA Deposit will be sent to the Phone number you have specified for deposit purposes.
Confirm the deposit by entering your Mobile Money PIN.
After submitting the deposit, you will receive a confirmation message on your phone.

There are two ways to place sports bets at Bongobongo:

1) Bet via the Bongobongo site:

Log into your Bongobongo account.
Click on the bet odds of the game you would like to BET on the selected game and odds will appear on the BETSLIP, at the bottom of the screen.
If you want to have more than one game in a BETSLIP, keep selecting different match bet ODDs to add to your BETSLIP.
Once you have added the last game on your BETSLIP, click on the BETSLIP.
Choose your stake and click PLACE BET to submit your bet.
A bet confirmation message will be shown on your screen after you have submitted the bet.
Click on Bets on the bottom right of the screen to view all placed bets.

2) Bet via USSD:

Dial *374# from your phone.
Enter option 1 / 2 or 3 depending on whether you want to be on some of our Top Games / Upcoming or Live games.
Follow the instructions to pick the match to bet on and the market to bet on.
You will be asked to enter the amount in KSH you wish to stake after which your bet will be placed.

Again there are two ways to withdraw with Bongobongo.

1) Through Mobile Money (Available to M-Pesa Kenya Mobile Money Registered Phone Lines only) on the Bongobongo site:

Log into your Bongobongo account.
Go to the My Account section and click WITHDRAW
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from the available account balance (Minimum = KSh.50 and Maximum = KSh.140,000).
Click WITHDRAW.
You will receive funds into your selected mobile money wallet shortly.

2) Withdraw via USSD:

Dial *374# from your phone.
Enter option 9 to go to the USSD More section.
Then chose option 2 for Withdraw.
Once you access the USSD withdraw page, you will find a section where you can input the desired amount for your withdrawal.
After submitting the withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation message on your phone.
